If a full share is too much for your household, no worries! Partner with another family and split a half steer into two quarters. It’s the perfect way to enjoy premium beef without overstocking your freezer.

How to Order Your Beef Share

  • Step 1

    Select which beef stock share you want to purchase below. Each beef share has an estimated date to market. Also, in the description on the Beef-Stock-Share, we explain an approximate amount of beef to expect and what cuts commonly come from those areas of the carcass.

  • Step 2

    Make a deposit on the Beef-Stock-Share through our secure payment portal

  • Step 3

    Once the beef is ready for butchering, we will contact you directly and will coordinate with you to determine the cuts, aging times and specific requests for butchering. Payment for the remaining balance of the beef share will be made at that time.

  • Step 4

    Once the beef is ready, we will notify your family and you can pick up your beef at the American Butchery or we can arrange for pickup at the ranch and we can show you around!
